What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed. For a guaranteed early arrival, we recommend booking the night prior.

Do you offer parking?

For hotel guests, overnight valet parking is available for $15 per room, per night and will be automatically applied to your stay.

We also offer two hours of complimentary valet parking with a dining reservation at Landmark Tavern.

Is Wi-Fi included?

Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Is the hotel newly renovated?

Guest rooms were renovated in 2020/2021 with select newly updated rooms completed in 2021.

What is your cancellation policy?

For reservations from Sunday to Thursday, cancellations must be made at least 2 days before arrival to avoid additional charges. For reservations on Fridays, Saturdays, holidays, or holiday weekends, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before arrival to avoid fees. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or cancellations on holidays will result in a charge for the full reservation amount.

Do you require a deposit?

A non-refundable deposit of $50 per night will be charged at the time of booking. A valid credit card is required to guarantee all reservations. Certain dates, packages, or group bookings may require a deposit or prepayment, which will be outlined at the time of booking or in the contract.

Are your rooms non-smoking?

All guest rooms are non-smoking, and a $250 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs in the room.

Does the hotel have a restaurant?

Landmark Tavern: Enjoy American-inspired Tavern cuisine, open Monday–Saturday for lunch and dinner, and Sunday for brunch and dinner.

Whiskey Lounge

Located on the main level, the Whiskey Lounge is an intimate, elevated space offering handcrafted cocktails and a curated selection of light bites. Perfect for a relaxed evening or pre/post-dinner gathering. The Whisky Lounge delivers a refined yet approachable atmosphere for guests to unwind.

Opening Hours:

  • Tuesday-Friday starting at 5pm
  • Saturday 3pm
  • Sunday hours vary seasonally

The lounge is open to guests (excluding closed scheduled gatherings) during the duration of their stay.

Is breakfast included?

Continental breakfast is available daily from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM in the Whiskey Lounge and is complimentary for hotel guests.

Experience Details: Do I need a reservation? No, but reservations are suggested. All are welcome but space is limited so be there early!

Teatime does not require a reservation. This programing is geared towards hotel guests but anyone is welcome to attend.

Do you offer room blocks?

Yes, we offer both wedding and corporate room blocks based on availability.

As a property that regularly hosts weddings and private events, we prioritize accommodations for guests attending in-house events, as well as those from our sister property, Hotel du Village. With that in mind, room block availability is based on our event calendar.

How do guests book within a room block?

Guests may:

  • Book through a custom online booking link
  • Call the hotel and reference the group name

Guests may reserve their rooms online using the couple’s personalized booking link, or by contacting the hotel directly at 215-862-2300. When calling, guests should reference the couple’s last name to ensure they are booked under the wedding room block.

Do you offer group rates or room blocks?

We do not offer discounted group rates on weekends.

Can I request a specific room?

We are happy to note preferences; however, room assignments are subject to availability.
