Logan Inn Pet Policy
At the Logan Inn, we understand that pets are part of the family and are pleased to welcome wellbehaved dogs in our designated pet-friendly rooms. Please review our full pet policy below.
Service Animals
Service animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), are always welcome at no
additional charge. Guests with service animals are not required to disclose the nature of their
disability or provide documentation. The animal must remain under control at all times and may not
be left unattended in the room.
Pet Dogs
We are happy to accommodate dogs under the following guidelines:
- Designated Rooms: Pet-friendly accommodations are available in select rooms. Please notify
us in advance to ensure availability. For additional information or assistance, contact the hotel

- Weight Limit: Dogs must be under 50 pounds.
- Fee: A non-refundable $100 pet fee per stay will apply.
- Supervision: Dogs must not be left unattended in guest rooms.
- Leashing: Dogs must be leashed or in a carrier when in public areas of the hotel.
- Noise & Cleanliness: Excessive noise or damages may result in additional charges or early
departure without refund.
Restricted Animals
At this time, we do not permit cats, birds, reptiles, or other animals.
We kindly ask that all pet owners be respectful of fellow guests and our property. If you have any
questions or would like to book a pet-friendly room, please contact our front desk. We’re happy to
help!
Pet Waiver and Agreement
At the Logan Inn, we understand that pets are part of the family and are delighted to welcome well-behaved dogs in our designated pet friendly accommodations. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you review and acknowledge the following Pet Agreement.

The service animal must always remain under the control of the handler at all times and may not be left unattended in the guestroom.
Pet Dogs
The Logan Inn is happy to accommodate pet dogs under the following guidelines:
- Designated Pet Friendly Rooms: Pet friendly accommodations are available in select guestrooms only and must be requested in advance, subject to availability.
- Pet Limit and Weight Requirement: Limited to one dog per guestroom. Dogs must weigh no more than 50 pounds.
- Pet Fee: A non refundable pet fee of $100 per night applies.
- Supervision: Dogs may not be left unattended in guestrooms at any time.
- Leash Requirement: Dogs must be leashed or secured in a carrier when in all public areas of the hotel.
- Noise, Behavior, and Cleanliness: Guests are responsible for ensuring their pet does not disturb other guests. Excessive barking, disruptive behavior, or complaints from other guests may result in additional charges equal to lost revenue and or a request for early departure without refund.
- Damages and Additional Cleaning: Guests assume full responsibility for any damage, excessive cleaning, or loss caused by their pet. Any associated costs will be charged to the guest’s account.
Restricted Animals
Cats, birds, reptiles, and all other animals are not permitted on hotel property.
Guest Responsibility
By signing this agreement, the guest agrees to comply fully with the Logan Inn Pet Policy and accepts responsibility for their pet’s behavior, care, and any resulting damages during their stay.
